The telethon will broadcasts live from the Houma Civic Center on Saturday, August 5th from Noon – 10:00 PM and again on Sunday, August 6th from Noon – 6:00 PM. This telethon will help raise funds that will go towards offering health services to people with Cerebral Palsy in Louisiana.

Why You Should Consider Participating
The funds that are raised in the telethon will be used to facilitate the services that are provided when managing Cerebral Palsy in a patient. The organization provides the programs which help in managing Cerebral Palsy. Many medical professionals are involved. A lot of medical equipment is also supplied to the clients. Participating in the event will help raise funds. While Cerebral Palsy is not “curable,” this lifelong disorder can become less straining on those who are suffering with it and their caregivers if more funds and help is available to them. The Cerebral Palsy of Louisiana Organization offers services for therapy, braces, electric wheel chairs and manual wheelchairs, and strollers.
